Bedrooms

3 double bedrooms – 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds and the other with a super-king sized bed. The main bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and shower room and balcony overlooking the mountains beyond. From the third bedroom there is access to a large courtyard and BBQ area, this courtyard also has access to a Sauna and spacious seating/sunbathing area.

Kitchen

Traditional style kitchen but with a modern flare, and modern appliances include gas hob, oven, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, mixer . the kitchen leads into a hall with a bathroom and another bedroom extending to the courtyard patio through large patio doors.

Lounge

Large comfy sofas and chairs occupy this great spacious room, coffee table is centred in the middle with satellite tv sky, dvd, cd player, library and dvd’s, free broadband internet access.

Other

A full sized tennis court is on the property along with the pool which is basically next door to the court.
The villa has a traditional oven, great for baking bread and pizzas outside on the terrace, this is ideal for evening outside in the sunset light and afternoons.
The original part of the villa is accessed via the Naya, entry via double glass doors is into the kitchen/dining room which is still in the traditional style and suits this property, an archway on the left leads to the lounge with feature fireplace and full length patio doors to the Naya.
A doorway from the lounge leads to the first internal courtyard & with seating and BBQ and access to a bedroom. This side of the villa has 3 bedrooms and can be used independently from the newer part. From the kitchen is a hallway leading to a bathroom and two double bedrooms one overlooking the courtyard, the largest having patio doors to this secluded area.
A few stairs lead to a hallway, on the left are patio doors out into a second courtyard. Further along the hallway are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom. From the third bedroom there is access to a large courtyard and BBQ area, this courtyard also has access to a Sauna and spacious seating/sunbathing area.
At the end of the hallway is a separate WC and stairs that lead down to the lower floor and a large room currently used as a workroom, but with the flexibility to be utilised for a number of different options.
Onwards is a large open plan lounge, dining and Kitchen area, with windows and patio doors along one side to maximise views and access to raised terrace area.
This area has a good blend of modern and traditional fixtures and fittings and is an excellent space for relaxing and entertaining.
Double doors lead to an outside Naya & terraced seating & dining area, this has long distance views across the valley. From this terrace steps lead down to the Garage, drive way & Storage area.
